Piko's Terms & Conditions apply to all registered and unregistered users. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms below. Piko reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified before any changes take effect.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual agreement. Piko is an entertainment gaming platform — participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

To open an account on Piko, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created using false information may be cancelled at any time and balances may be forfeited.

Each person may only operate one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If Piko detects such activity, all associated accounts will be immediately closed.

• Minimum age to open an account is 18.
• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and national ID details during registration.
• No individual may hold more than one account.
• Keeping your account password secure is your own responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Completing the KYC verification process may be mandatory.

Piko supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Before making a deposit, please ensure you are using the correct payment method and account number.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3 to 30 minutes. However, verification may be required in some cases, which can take longer. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the original deposit.

• After a deposit is made, the balance is credited to your account instantly.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Using automated bots, hacking tools, or unauthorized software.
• Attempting to interfere with platform security or carry out any form of cyberattack.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other players.
• Introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
